5 Legit Online Survey Websites

5 Online Survey Websites that I recommend

There is a lot of websites that allow you to get paid for providing your opinion. These websites use surveys to provide companies and advertisers with information they need.

Before I delve into the websites , let us first understand what an online survey is. It simply is the online version of a survey. If you're still lost a survey is structured questionnaire that your audience completes. In this case it would be over the internet.

Now that we understand what an online survey is. Let us get to the reason why your even reading this, the websites.

These are websites I've used in the past and that I think are good to great for online surveys.

5 Online survey websites i recommend :
This will be a descending list... Just so you know none of the link are affiliate links.

Pretty much as the name says you will be responding to questions relating to certain fields. On the website it directly says " Respondent is the best place to leverage you professional expertise for paid research interviews." This is the reason its in the 5th position. Because what if its you have no professional background it ends up becoming difficult. But you could lie , actually on second that i think that's fraud so don't do that. Even if its not no body likes a liar because the website could end up withholding your rewards and payouts. However if you do have a professional background in one of these professions such as:

  • Software Development
  • Average Hourly Incentive : $200
  • Marketing
  • Average Hourly Incentive : $150
  • Executive work
  • Average Hourly Incentive : $700
  • Enterprise software using
  • Average Hourly Incentive :  $150
  • Business owning
  • Average Hourly Incentive : $500
  • Sales and Support
  • Average Hourly Incentive : $100
Or even if you have experience in more than one you are going to succeed on Respondent.
Final thoughts
Its great If you have any professional background and amazing if you have the ones listed. If you are an average person I don't recommend you use it. So current and former 9-5vers would thrive whilst a very typical person would find it difficult.

The reason why this one is 4th and not last is simply because it caters for everyone. It has surveys that vary according to:
  • Age
  • From 13 years old to 99 years old
  • Gender
  • Surveys are exclusively for a particular gender or for both genders
  • Location
  • Although its usually just nationwide
  • Time
  • From 0-5 minutes and longer depending on how much time you have on your hands.
  • Rewards
  • The rewards go hand-in-hand with the other factors.
It even shows you the different survey topics. The surveys could be about food, general opinions, or companies trying to find out who buys their products. On their home page under participants it says that you can find paid research opportunities in your area. Earn cash for participating in online surveys, private panels, focus groups, clinical trials, in-home usage tests, online bulletin  boards, taste tests, and mystery shopping studies. They also say that they'll connect you with the best available paid research studies.

Final Thoughts

Giving Survey Club a great recommendation would not make sense because yes they provide more than respondent but there are multiple out there that do what Survey Club do, I just preferred them. Preferences can vary from one to the next so give the site a try and see for yourselves

I don't really understand why the majority of survey websites have a name relating to giving an opinion. Its boring, they should get more creative. This online survey website provides surveys, that's why its here. However instead of providing generic rewards, it tailors the rewards according to your country. So depending on the country you are in the rewards will go hand-in-hand with the area.

They also offer contests that panelists can compete in.

Final Thoughts

All-in-all its a good site that is third simply because it tailors and offers surveys that would be relevant to you. It has similar traits to the previous site so that still offers a good experience.

You never forget a first love. However I'm not out here falling in love in sites. SwagBucks gives gift cards and rewards. However they also allow you to play games to earn. Pretty much a play-to-earn situation. So instead of playing games and not getting anything from it. Here they pay you to play them. Which is a great situation for you because while passing time you get rewards.

Final Thoughts

Does something out of the ordinary and provides a variety of rewards. SwagBucks is also the most common one on this list. The site is great and easy to use allowing for great navigation. Surveys are tailored for you and rewards are also tailored for you.

This one does something out of the ordinary. Here instead of doing a survey as the main stream. You could listen to music to get paid. It pretty much similar to Spotify however instead of coughing up to listen to music you instead receive cash for doing this. This makes everything easier as you could be studying while listening to popular songs or even an artist you like. You also get paid to play games which just a bonus, speaking of bonuses sharing your opinion is also one. It does all of this by having advertisers pay for the ads in between. Which occur less frequently than in Spotify might I add. My Barber always said " If you are going to be interrupted while listening to a song at least get paid for it." Very well-spoken man.

You end up sharing the amount the advertisers pay Current for the ads.

Final Thoughts

Cannot really say anything negative about it. It has a great sign-up process. You don't have to sacrifice time just to earn money. You can listen to music while carrying on with you daily lifestyle.

Here are some sites that aren't in my list but that you could give a try:
