Description

After successful completion of this qualification learners will be able to:

  • Supervise stock counts and sales performance 

  • Supervise housekeeping and loss control measures 

  • Supervise customer service standards 

  • Describe and apply team leadership and team motivation 

  • Describe and apply the management functions of an organization 

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Primary Labour Legislation

  • Supervise promotional activities and point of sales operations 

  • Supervise and see that basic budgetary and financial requirements are applied 

  • Induct new members into teams 

  • Conduct formal meetings 

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  • Matric or Equivalent qualification

  • Must not have participated in any other Learnership intervention

  • Must reside in JHB (Positions in Boksburg, Edenvale, Little Falls and Fourways)

  • Must be prepared to work within a retail environment

  • Must have no criminal record

  • Please note this is not a permanent position its a 12 months learnership contract, successful candidates
     will receive a monthly stipend
