  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Software Engineering

Expenses Covered By The Bursary Programme

The following expenses are covered by the bursary programme:
  • Full tuition fee
  • Books
  • Accommodation
  • Living allowance

Please Note: You must be willing to work part-time during winter break in the month of June or July.

Eligibility Criteria For The Schneider Electric Bursary Programme.

The following are the minimum requirements. If you do not meet the following requirements your application will not be considered.
  • You must have South African citizenship.
  • You must prove a need for financial assistance.
  • You must have an academic average of at least 70% or above.
  • You must be studying in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year in your university program (it includes both honours and masters).
  • You must be a student at an accredited South African university.
  • You must study in one of the above fields.

Documents Required For The Schneider Electric Bursary Programme

The following documents are required for the bursary programme, and you must submit clear copies of them along with your bursary application. If you  do not submit all the following documentation your application will not be considered.
  • Certified copy of Identity (ID) documents.
  • Academic records (on the letterhead of the institution)
  • Proof of household income to prove the financial need
  • Your CV
