Administrator : Fusion Recruitment Workshop
Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture timesheets for workshop
- Open Job cards
- Job costing & quote the client
- Invoicing
- Warranty Jobs and cost to be monitored.
- Deal with all workshop related customer queries
- Write and draft letters
- Various other admin duties as required
- Issue Picking slips for stores
- Process Supplier invoices & credit notes
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Own reliable transport
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a technical environment
