Job Description 
  • Our Sales Team keep the customers needs front of mind to provide them with a consultative service and offer the best solutions in our market. Handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and email communications – our ethical sales approach and customer focus, is what helps keep us market leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Help our customers move home/items as cost effectively and environmentally friendly as possible
    • Manage a pipeline of warm leads, dealing with our customers via phone and email to understand their needs and find the most effective solution to identify, qualify and complete the sale
    • Manage short sales cycles with varying order sizes, building trust based relationships – keeping customer satisfaction front of mind at all times
    • Manage quotes and liaise with our transport providers to negotiate the best prices for our customers
    • Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (revenue generation) and ethics (selling in the right way)
    • Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture. This is a busy role and we know it’s important to create those moments to light the mood and have a laugh – the whole team plays their part in supporting each other
    • Ready to work in a fast paced and fun sales environment
    • Excited about spending the day interacting with potential customers
    • Easily establishes and maintains relationships with prospects and customers
    • Detail-oriented, organised and orderly, you check your work and have a disciplined and methodical approach

    • Able to problem solve and think on your feet
    • Thrive in working to and achieving targets
    • Outstanding English communication skills both written and spoken and good basic maths skills
    • Good level of IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
