Duties & Responsibilities
Job specs for Fleet Assistant
• Compiling all related fleet/logistics documentation
• Compile invoices
• Renewals of licenses and car disks
• Any administrative task relating to the fleet/logistics Excel register
• Liaison with clients, suppliers, employees, and management
• Driving of any/all company vehicles and movement from place to place as shall be directed by management from time to time
• Ensure the accuracy of data input
• Scheduling service of vehicles and or repair and maintenance work where required
• Maintain the filing system of all related fleet and logistics information
• Traveling to various African countries (transporting/Pickup of vehicles) where directed
• The above duties will be expanded and updated from time to time
• Inspection of vehicles and resolution of issues in a timely manner
• Assist with any/all fleet-related duties as required
• Obey any/all lawful and reasonable instructions given by management from time to time
The above duties will be performed by the Employee for the Company, and, as directed by the Company for all relevant companies within the Group and may be amended and updated by Management from time to time
