Call Centre Agent : RCL Foods

Job Description

  • RCL FOODS is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent to joing our Milling division based in Pretoria West. 
  • The successful incumbent should be able to accurately process all sales orders into the system and assist with customer queries including delivery times, quality complaints, product enquiries, out of stocks.
  • Be the first line of stock related queries for all distribution related operational queries and get these resolved

Duties and Responsibilities 

Work in conjunction with the supervisor and manager in the Outbound Supply Chain team to deliver the functions operational strategy.

Facilitate integrated supply chain delivery by managing relationships and interaction with cross functional teams and/or external service providers.

Ensure the agreed targets set are implemented through delivery of own and team targets.

 

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • National diploma in Logistics
  • 1 years’ experience in either ordering, capturing , assistant role, administration role
