Job Description
- Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Customer Service Careline Representative to join the team.
- The main purpose of this role will be to interact with the company’s customers to provide them with information to address enquiries regarding products, services offered and/or including any general enquiries regarding a store within the group.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data capturing and completion of documentation pertaining to customer service.
- Check card balances, card reports and/ or statements for customers, when needed.
- Review point reversals on statements and act accordingly.
- Manage daily and weekly inventory control cards, magazines, application forms, baby bags, travel kits, promotional items, partner goody bags, free gifts and all other promotional items.
- Accurate Process of Transaction – TRMS – capturing and reporting.
- Manage stock control and shrinkage.
- Review point reversals on statements and act accordingly.
- Review manual point allocations on card reports and statements, to ensure all manual allocations are given through to the Store Admin Manager on a daily basis.
- Draft reports for care line customer queries.
- Ensure effective internal communication (with regards to customer service/ benefit programme) and effective external communication (customer – feedback provided).
- Escalate compliments, complaints, and product sourcing queries to Regional Customer Consultants on a daily basis.
- Respond to written or email enquiries on various platforms, within a reasonable time.
- The Store Manager and relevant employees must be kept informed of all elements regarding to the Benefit Programme.
- Adhere to excellent telephone etiquette at all-time according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures.
- Manage and report compliments and complaints through the customer service diary.
- Adhere to customer relations practices and accurately capture employee information.
- Coordinate and manage relevant in store events and promotions.
- Create a central point of contact for all general queries, compliments and complaints.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Administration, Customer Service or Public Relations Qualification
