Fuel Administrator : Placement Partner

Job Description

  • We are looking for a diligent and highly administrative-orientated person who is an Excel Expert, who is familiar with fuel recons and other motor vehicle-related administration, for a great opportunity with a leading Car Rental brand.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the fuel recons are accurate, charges are made on time and discrepancies are attended to.
  • There may also be some overlap in other administrative duties.  You will need to have a solid administrative background, advanced Excel skills (able to use formulas) and preferably some car rental or motor dealership knowledge.
  • This is a very URGENT position.

     Requirements

  • At least 1 year of motor vehicle-related admin (particularly fuel recon) experience.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills. (Must be able to do formulas- Non-negotiable)
  • Outstanding customer skills and a positive energy
  • Car rental or motor dealership knowledge is preferable.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • A stable work history.
  • Reliable and contactable references.
