Job Description
- The incumbent will be responsible to provide professional support & administration to the Service Managers and manage requests and escalations.
- He/she will ensure client satisfaction with regards to feedback whilst upholding the company policies and procedures and ensure that all administrative work is concluded timeously, and feedback is provided to the respective Service Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Scanning and saving all service reports to the common drive in the respective format on the Share Drive
• Supply said service reports to customers and internal staff/support departments upon request
• Assist Service Managers with record keeping, registers, deep clean and pest schedule.
• Keep installation register up to date on the Share Drive
• Prepare and compile HSE files for hygiene and pest control in determined time frame
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- • Planning, leading and organizational skills
• Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Word & E-mail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of customers
