RECEPTIONIST : Hollard Group Risk
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the front desk in a friendly & professional manner.
- Answer the intercom & allow visitors into the building.
- Monitor people that enter and exit the reception doors
- Be aware and report suspicious activity.
- Validate parking tickets.
- Welcome Visitors, offer refreshments while they wait.
- Ensure there is always a backup when absent from the reception desk.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Manage the courier service for the team.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Order Stationery for the team.
- Ensure that the boardroom fridge is always stocked with water.
- Update contact and birthday lists of staff.
- Send out birthday messages to the team.
- Assist the Executive PA with diary management.
- Assist with Adhoc Projects.
Requirement
- Grade 12
- at least two years receptionist experience
