Sales Administrator : BUI

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to processing orders, onboarding customers, maintaining customer databases, placing order with vendors and monitoring sales activity
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, and to streamline sales processes
- Help maintain the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and sales-related data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible
- Maintaining and managing the Online Store and Partner Center
- Continuously monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Stay up to date with new products, features, and licenses. Organise and arrange sales meetings and conferences. Additional tasks might be required based on evolving sales process.
