Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to processing orders, onboarding customers, maintaining customer databases, placing order with vendors and monitoring sales activity
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, and to streamline sales processes
  • Help maintain the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and sales-related data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible
  • Maintaining and managing the Online Store and Partner Center
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Stay up to date with new products, features, and licenses. Organise and arrange sales meetings and conferences. Additional tasks might be required based on evolving sales process.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues across different departments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide quick and accurate solutions
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while adhering to sales team standards and procedures
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve on-the-job
