 Duties & Responsibilities

  • The successful incumbent would be responsible for transporting staff to and from various clients' sites in a timely manner
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule
  • Fulfils administrative needs, like office pickups
  • Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route
  • Interact with clients professionally at all times and effectively communicate with companies
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
  • Maintain and adhere to company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain a clean driving record, and comply with all safety regulations
  • Closing and Opening of Business on a daily basis
  • Keeping the company's premises neat
  • Calling of applicants to confirm their availability
  • Ensuring that all possible vacancy request applicants' are on standby and replaced as and when needed by Recruitment

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • A minimum of 3 years Code 10 / C1 driving experience
  • Valid PRD namely "G" and "P" (Goods and Passengers)
  • Must communicate well and speak fluently
  • Willing and hard working to fulfil work
  • Matric
  • Own vehicle 
  • Accurate
  • Honest
  • Computer Literate
  • Trustworthy
