Duties & Responsibilities

The successful incumbent would be responsible for transporting staff to and from various clients' sites in a timely manner
Arrive at destinations on schedule
Fulfils administrative needs, like office pickups
Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
Use navigation applications to determine the best route
Interact with clients professionally at all times and effectively communicate with companies
Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
Maintain and adhere to company guidelines
Ability to maintain a clean driving record, and comply with all safety regulations
Closing and Opening of Business on a daily basis
Keeping the company's premises neat
Calling of applicants to confirm their availability
Ensuring that all possible vacancy request applicants' are on standby and replaced as and when needed by Recruitment

Desired Experience & Qualification

A minimum of 3 years Code 10 / C1 driving experience
Valid PRD namely "G" and "P" (Goods and Passengers)
Must communicate well and speak fluently
Willing and hard working to fulfil work
Matric
Own vehicle

Honest
Computer Literate
