 Office Cleaners (Cleaning Technician)


The Cleaning Technicians plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of services provided by TSU Facilities Management aligned to the SLA with our clients, located in various metropolitan areas. This role is critical to enhance the brand perception of our clients, especially when they have visitors. As a Cleaning Technician you will ensure that the workplace is always clean and sanitary. Perform a range of duties, including dusting or mopping and sweeping floors. Ensure restrooms and common areas stay fresh by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.

KPA #1 Corporate cleaning & hygiene
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
  • Maintaining timelines and priorities as per the client SLA
  • Cleaning: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
  • Ensure restrooms and common areas stay clean and fresh by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.
  • Ensure that you have sufficient cleaning material and report shortage immediately to the Service Coordinator
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

  • Keep cleaning worksheets up to date
  • Report on product usage and stock levels
  • Report on any incidents.
